Agnieszka Giermakowska, an advisor with 14 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, has been appointed as Research & Advisory Director in real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland with effect from 2 November 2021.
Agnieszka’s experience includes working for EY Poland, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, JLL, and Savills. She specializes in research into all commercial property sectors, focusing on the industrial and office markets, including coworking offices. Agnieszka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She also holds LEED Green Associate credentials confirming her understanding of sustainable building practices and the key principles of LEED certification.
