AWP Polska has signed a lease for nearly 2,500 sqm in the Park Rozwoju complex. The tenant was represented during the negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
The office space contracted by the new tenant is located on the fourth floor of phase one of Park Rozwoju, bringing the occupancy rate of the complex to 90%.
Park Rozwoju, owned by EPP, is the greenest class A office complex in the Mokotów business district. It consists of two seven-floor buildings with green courtyards, receptions desks and a linear park.
