Columbia Sportswear Poland, a designer and manufacturer of professional sportswear, has leased 350 sqm of office space in Signum Work Station in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The tenant was represented during the negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Founded in 1938, Columbia Sportswear distributes outerwear, footwear and sports accessories across European, Asian and North American markets. It is present in 14 European countries and employs 500 people. In Europe, Columbia Sportswear carries products under three brands: Columbia Sportswear, Mountain Hardwear and SOREL.
Signum Work Station (formerly known as Trinity Park III) is a class A office building with 32,400 sqm of office space. It has received a BREEAM Excellent rating. In 2019 the property underwent refurbishment which comprised both common and green areas. Its key strengths are its location and good public transport connections to other districts. The building is located at 49 Domaniewska Street, close to Chopin Airport, PKP Służewiec train station and a tram terminus. Cromwell Property Group is the Asset Manager for the property.
“We are very pleased that Columbia Sportswear appreciates the advantages of Signum Work Station, including its location, standard and amenities, and that the company has signed up to join the tenants of Signum Work Station,” said Anna Szymańska, Director of Office Leasing, Cromwell.
