Cresa has updated its retail map of Poland

Real estate advisory firm Cresa has published another edition of its retail map of Poland.

The map represents a cross-sectional picture of the Polish retail market covering 13 major cities. It also includes an overview of both existing and planned infrastructure, and key demographics and statistics such as population figures and unemployment rates. Retail market fundamentals such as purchasing power indices, retail space saturation rates and retail spending growth over the last 10 years will be of special value to tenants looking for optimum store locations.

“To help tenants take a broader view of individual cities in the long-term perspective, the retail research team of Cresa Poland has added a retail spending growth forecast for the next 5 years. We are pleased to deliver such valuable data to our clients for their own study,” says Szymon Łukasik, Head of Retail at Cresa Poland.

The map includes 13 cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Tricity, Łódź, Wrocław, Poznań, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Lublin, Białystok, Toruń, Rzeszów and the Silesian Conurbation. It presents 460 retail schemes broken down into shopping centres, retail parks, outlet centres, standalone warehouses and other retail properties.

“We’ve added a new feature to our retail map: shopping centre sizes to help tenants navigate across markets. As in the previous edition, leading retail schemes are specially highlighted, which was appreciated by our clients last year. The retail map is a great tool to help our clients identify their requirements and save a lot of time in which to view store locations and make decisions,” says Szymon Łukasik, Head of Retail at Cresa Poland.

The retail map of Poland is available in a printed version. To receive a copy, please e-mail us at: info.poland@cresa.com
