Munich-based ERGO Reiseversicherung AG, operating a branch in Poland, is changing its Gdańsk address. From 1 March onwards, its head office will be located at 413 Grunwaldzka Av., Gdańsk Oliwa, under a lease agreement for nearly 550 sqm of office space finalized with Torus. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
ERGO Ubezpieczenia Podróży, the Polish branch of ERGO Reiseversicherung AG with its headquarters in Munich, was established in 2004. It is the leader in travel insurance. Its product portfolio includes overseas travel insurance packages for individual and business clients. ERGO Ubezpieczenia Podróży provides insurance policies to more than two million Polish travellers every year. The company is part of the ERGO group, owned by the world’s largest reinsurer Munich Re, which is confirmation of its strong brand and financial stability.
The tenant’s new office will comprise nearly 550 sqm of modern office space spread over the fifth floor of the Neon building.

Neon is the fourth and last phase of the Alchemia office complex. It offers more than 35,000 sqm of leasable space, including 33,500 sqm of office space. Neon has already been approximately 90% let. It will provide several ground-level amenities including a kindergarten for up to 100 children. A passageway between Neon and Argon, the neighbouring building of Alchemia, will soon offer multiple catering facilities and other services. It will be a unique meeting, dining and leisure space.
