Eurocash Serwis, a specialist distributor of tobacco and other products for cashier zones, has renegotiated its lease for over 5,400 sqm of warehouse and 660 sqm of office and social space in Panattoni Park Janki I. The tenant was represented during the transaction by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Eurocash Serwis, part of Eurocash S.A., supplies impulse products for cashier zones in retail stores, including sweets, over-the-counter drugs, beverages, cigarettes and other tobacco products. Eurocash Serwis has a fleet of more than 300 vehicles delivering goods to points of sale according to individual schedules. Client support services are provided by over 160 sales representatives and telemarketers.
Panattoni Park Janki I is a distribution centre comprising modern warehouse, industrial and office space in the Warsaw region. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sokołowska junction of the S8 expressway and close to the A2 motorway. Panattoni Park Janki I is ideally situated for distribution companies.
