Eurocash Serwis, a specialist distributor of tobacco and other products for cashier zones, is relocating its operations to Panattoni Park Toruń, which is currently under construction. It will occupy 3,250 sqm of warehouse and office space in the complex. Eurocash Serwis has also decided to extend its lease of 3,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Tricity West. The tenant was represented during the negotiations of the two leases by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Eurocash Serwis, part of Eurocash S.A., supplies impulse products for cashier zones in retail stores, including sweets, over-the-counter drugs, beverages, cigarettes and other tobacco products. Eurocash Serwis has a fleet of more than 300 vehicles delivering goods to points of sale according to individual schedules. Client support services are provided by over 160 sales representatives and telemarketers.
“To secure optimal conditions for its continued growth, Eurocash Serwis decided to relocate its branch. As Panattoni Park Toruń is still under construction, Eurocash Serwis can have its space tailored to its operations. We are pleased that our client trusted us once again and used our services,” says Jakub Kurek, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Newmark Polska.
Panattoni Park Toruń
Panattoni Park Toruń is a new destination on the map of projects developed by Panattoni, the European industrial real estate leader. Thanks to its proximity to the A1 motorway, its warehouse and office space is ideal for operations both in the north and south of the country. The project will see delivery of a class A building with units tailored to client needs.
Panattoni Park Tricity West
Eurocash Serwis has also recently extended its lease in Panattoni Park Tricity West, where it occupies 2,700 sqm of warehouse space and a 300 sqm office.
“Tricity and Kuyavia are two booming markets where Panattoni has delivered a total of around 1 million sqm of projects. Both regions are growing at lightning speed while benefiting from the symbiosis of multiple business solutions, further infrastructure improvements and the geographical location making for efficient national and cross-border operations. Unsurprisingly, they are experiencing unwavering demand for modern industrial space coming from dozens of industries,” says Dorota Jagodzińska Sasson, Managing Director, Panattoni.
“As the Tricity region remains very important to our client, the extension of the lease in Gdańsk was key to its continued presence in that area. The landlord demonstrated a very flexible approach during the negotiations, which is confirmation of successful long-standing cooperation between the landlord and the tenant,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
