To accommodate its rapid growth, Eviosys Packaging Poland has renewed and expanded its lease in Exeter Park Gdansk. It will now occupy over 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the park. The tenant was represented in the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Eviosys is Europe’s largest manufacturer of steel and aluminium food packaging, with hundreds of global and regional food and consumer product clients. The company harnesses close to 200 years of packaging expertise. It is a supplier of food cans and ends, aerosol cans, metal closures and promotional packaging to preserve the products of hundreds of consumer brands. Eviosys focuses on smart packaging solutions. It has a product portfolio centred on 100% recyclable metal substrates.
