GTFL Sp. z o.o., represented by global tenant-only advisory firm Cresa, has taken more than 3,500 sq m of warehouse and office space in Hillwood Błonie I, near Warsaw.
GTFL, a Polish rapid-transport logistics company specializing in fast moving consumer goods (partial, package cargo and full truck load) operating both within Poland and internationally, has already moved into Hillwood Błonie I, a 23,500 sq m logistics park in Błonie, 31 km west of the Polish capital.
The park occupies a prime location close to national road no. 92 and the A2 motorway, which links Berlin and Moscow, at the Tłuste junction. It is also close to Warsaw’s western ring road, providing efficient access to Gdańsk and Katowice. GTFL has moved to Błonie its headquarters from Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
