Holbox, a designer and producer of displays, has decided to relocate its operations to GLP Gliwice Logistics Centre. The tenant will take occupancy of approximately 9,600 sqm of production, warehouse, office and social space. Holbox was represented during the search for a new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Founded in 1976, Holbox is an internationally oriented family company that specializes in designing and producing counter, floor and palette displays, POS materials and customized solutions. As well as serving global brands, it also helps smaller, local companies to stand out on the market. Being committed to environmental sustainability, Holbox also provides displays made of grass paper.
GLP Gliwice Logistics Centre is an industrial park comprising modern warehouse, manufacturing and office space which totals 51,000 sqm. It sits within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. GLP Gliwice Logistics Centre boasts a prime location by the Gliwice-Bytom national road, which provides easy access to the A1 and A4 motorways.
