Igepa leases an office in Fabryczna Office Park

Igepa, an international distributor of paper and printing substrates, has leased a new office of 1,300 sqm in Fabryczna Office Park in the centre of Krakow. The tenant was represented during the negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

Igepa Polska sp. z o.o. is the Polish branch of the international Igepa Group, one of the largest suppliers of printing materials in Europe. The company has been operating on the Polish market since 1995 and always committed to being at the forefront of distribution of paper, printing materials and packaging. Its decision to move from an owner-occupied building to a more modern and comfortable office complex was dictated by its concern for employee wellbeing. Igepa will move to the new location later this year.

“The employees’ opinion was an important decision factor for Igepa in the choice of the location as Fabryczna Office Park is conveniently located and very well-connected to all the districts of the city. We are pleased that Igepa decided to cooperate with Cresa once more following our advisory on a new warehouse location last autumn,” says Karolina Słysz, Advisor, Business Development Coordinator, Office Department, Cresa Polska.

Fabryczna Office Park, which houses Igepa’s new office, is located in the Grzegórzki district, in the centre of Kraków, a few hundred metres from Aleja Pokoju. It is part of a larger office and residential project Fabryczna City developed by the INTER-BUD Group, which brings together recreation, modern office buildings, comfortable residential and service buildings, and revitalized schemes. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the commercialization of the building.

“The commercialization of the third office building of the Fabryczna Office Park is already at a very advanced stage, more than half a year before the planned date of obtaining the occupancy permit. We are pleased with the lease agreement with Igepa Polska, which has appreciated, among other things, the service complementarity and attractions available in the complex,” says Michał Galimski, Regional Director responsible for Southern Poland in Cushman & Wakefield.
