ITP S.A., a medical aesthetics company, has decided to consolidate and expand its warehouse space. Following its decision, it will lease over 5,500 sqm in its new location 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport III. The tenant was represented during the negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
ITP S.A. is a distributor of medical aesthetics equipment, medical and wellness equipment, including medical lasers, hair removal lasers, body sculpting machines and skin treatment technologies. 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport III is a modern industrial park sitting in an ideal location for a distribution centre – only 10 km from the centre of Warsaw and 500 metres from the Warsaw Cargo terminal. It has been submitted for BREEAM Excellent certification.
