According to the report by Newmark Polska “Office Occupier – Office Market in Regions”, in 2024, tenant activity in the office markets of the largest regional cities in Poland (Kraków, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin, Szczecin) remained stable, and the annual take-up exceeded the average of the last five years. The highest demand was recorded in Kraków, Wrocław, and Tricity, which strengthened their positions as leaders among regional markets.
