Wojnarowscy, the owner of the Spectrum LED brand, has leased more than 3,850 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Wojnarowscy is the lighting industry leader on the Polish market. It cooperates with manufacturers from across the globe. The firm has been delivering energy-efficient Spectrum LED lighting systems for many years. Its Spectrum LED Academy is an important educational project.
Wojnarowscy has 120 employees. Its warehouse in Silesia will comprise 3,720 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of offices. The firm also has a production, design and laboratory facility with a showroom and a combined area of 1,000 sqm in Katowice.
Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II consists of two warehouse buildings with a total area of 80,000 sqm. It features large truck courts, convenient parking facilities and numerous access doors. Wojnarowscy will move into its new space in the third quarter of this year.
