Mary Kay, an American company and one of the world’s largest direct sellers of superior quality skin care and make-up products, has leased 1,890 sqm of warehouse and office space in Diamond Business Park Ursus. The tenant was represented during the negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
The history of Mary Kay Cosmetics started in the 1960s with the opening of the storefront operation Beauty by Mary Kay in Dallas, Texas. The company has enjoyed a period of rapid growth for almost 60 years, opening branches in many countries, including Australia, Poland and Lithuania. Mary Kay Ash, the founder of the cosmetics company, always had a clear-cut objective: to deliver superior quality products and to drive entrepreneurship. Mary Kay has a team of distinguished scientists committed to conducting advanced scientific research to develop modern skin care and make-up products and fragrances. The company cooperates with millions of independent beauty consultants in close to 40 countries.
