Panattoni has completed another phase of its investment within Panattoni Park Tricity East III, delivering 10,700 m² of warehouse space in Gdańsk. The key tenant is Alfa Warehouses, a new company specializing in warehouse logistics, which will leverage the strategic location near the port to provide advanced services. Alfa Warehouses, originating from Alfa Forwarding, introduces modern equipment and services tailored to diverse client needs, particularly in the e-commerce sector. With the support of Newmark Polska, the tenant also secured the right of first refusal for the remaining part of the facility.
