Bartłomiej Kucharski, a commercial property valuer, has been promoted to Associate in the Valuation Department of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Bartłomiej specializes in commercial real estate valuation for both Polish and international companies, banks, investors and developers. He gained his industry experience at several firms, including Cresa Polska, Just Properties, and a real estate agency in Valletta, Malta. Bartłomiej graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a licensed valuer (license no. 7143).
