Noerr law firm moves into Nowogrodzka Square office building

It has been announced that the Polish office of Noerr, a leading European law firm with 16 offices in Europe, the UK and the US, has entered into a lease of 1,100 sqm in the Nowogrodzka Square office building. The tenant was represented by Cresa Polska, a global real estate advisor.

Noerr is an independent law firm providing legal advisory services to clients globally. Established in 1950, with its headquarters in Munich, the firm has a staff of over 1000 professionals including over 560 lawyers deployed in 16 offices.

Noerr entered the Polish market in 1992, and has been providing services to local and international clients since then. As of January 2017, the Warsaw office of Noerr started operating under the name Noerr Biedecki sp.k following the on-boarding of a team of lawyers from DJBW.

The new office will occupy 1,100 sqm on the third floor of the Nowogrodzka Square office building.

Nowogrodzka Square is a boutique office building completed last year. Excellent location at the proximity of Warszawa Centralna railway station and easy to arrange modern office spaces attract new tenants. The facility offers a total of 11,500 sqm of office space. The building was designed and built in accordance with the requirements of ecological constructions, which was confirmed by the BREEAM certificate awarded with the “Excellent” grade. The building is owned by Yareal Polska, a developer, who built also a representative pedestrian city passage next to Nowogrodzka Square, connecting Jerozolimskie Avenue with Nowogrodzka Street.
