According to the report “Office Occupier – Office Market in Wrocław” by Newmark Polska, Wrocław ranks as the third-largest office market in Poland, following Warsaw and Kraków. In 2024, leasing activity in Wrocław remained stable, exceeding the ten-year average. The IT, business services, and manufacturing sectors dominated office space demand, accounting for nearly 70% of total take-up. Both new office supply and development activity were low, mainly due to the substantial availability of vacant office space in existing buildings.
