After years of dynamic growth, the warehouse market in Poland has entered a phase of stabilization. In 2025, both tenants and developers acted more cautiously, limiting expansion and new investments. By the end of the year, total stock may reach around 37 million sqm, and if the market continues to grow at a rate of 7-7.5% annually, it could exceed 40 million sqm by 2027.
