According to the latest “Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland” report prepared by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, in the first quarter of 2025, the total stock of modern warehouse and industrial space in Poland exceeded 35 million sqm. The Lower Silesia region, with a stock of over 5.25 million sqm, has overtaken Central Poland and now ranks third among the largest regional markets in the country. Currently, nearly 3 million sqm of warehouse space is available for lease, representing the highest volume of available space in the history of the Polish warehouse market.
