According to the Newmark Polska report, in the first half of 2025, the main regional office markets in Poland saw record tenant activity alongside the lowest new supply in history. The vacancy rate remained unchanged at the end of June, with approximately 1.2 million sqm of available space. Developers are approaching new projects with great caution, resulting in a low volume of office space under construction.
