The company Shiji, a leading provider of IT solutions for the hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors, has extended its lease agreement in Katowice’s Silesia Business Park. The transaction involved 2,056 sqm of modern office space. During the renegotiation of the lease terms, the tenant was represented by experts from Newmark Polska.
