SIGNAL IDUNA, a leading Central European financial and insurance company delivering services for private and corporate clients for over 100 years, will move into Wola Retro in Warsaw. Its relocation to a new office building, which is owned by Develia S.A., is scheduled for Q3 2021. The tenant was represented in the negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
This coming October, SIGNAL IDUNA POLSKA will take occupancy of its 1,170 sqm office on the tenth and twelfth floors of Wola Retro, which afford a stunning view of downtown Warsaw. Founded in Hamburg in 1907, it provides health, life, property and travel insurance, and banking services for retail and corporate clients. It has offices in Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Romania and Hungary.
“The relocation of the head office after 10 years is a major event for the companies of SIGNAL IDUNA. It has taken us almost a year to choose the new place. We are excited that Wola Retro has met most of our expectations and that we will be working at this address in a few months’ time. Cooperation with the investor was also very important to us. The communal areas of Wola Retro feature innovative sanitation solutions that provide a continuous supply of cleaner and healthier air inside the building. The building is also disinfected using ULV foggers every two or four weeks.
