Sitel Group, which has been delivering great customer experience for over 35 years, has leased 1,000 sqm of office space in Arkońska Business Park in Gdansk. The tenant was supported in the search for its first Polish location outside of Warsaw by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Sitel Group focuses on customer experience and IT helpdesk services. It employs more than 100,000 staff worldwide who speak 50+ languages and deliver over 4.5 million experiences every day. Sitel Group has offices across the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia. It operates from a total of 120+ facilities, including one in Arkońska Business Park in Gdansk. This follows the strategy of the company, which decided to expand its operations outside of Warsaw.
Arkońska Business Park is a complex of three class A office buildings located in the Przymorze district of Gdansk. It boasts a prime location close to public transport stops, including a Fast Municipal Railway (SKM) station, shopping centres, hotels and kindergartens. With the University of Gdansk and the Gdansk University of Technology in the vicinity, tenants are able to tap into a large pool of skilled labour.
