Sitel Group® moves HQ to Marynarska Business Park

Sitel Group®, a customer experience company, will relocate its Warsaw head office to Marynarska Business Park, where it will take 4,000 sqm. To find an optimal office, the tenant once again decided to draw on the expertise of Cresa Poland.

Sitel Group® focuses on customer experience and IT helpdesk services. It employs an impressive workforce of over 160,000 people worldwide who speak 50+ languages and deliver more than 8 million experiences every day in 40 countries. To provide high service quality, Sitel creates innovative solutions for its staff. The employees of Sitel Group® work remotely or in traditional contact centres and in MAXhubs such as the new head office of Sitel Poland in Warsaw. The MAXhub is a physical place inspired by coworking spaces. Each hub will serve as a development centre for Sitel communities. Along with operational contact centre floors, MAXhubs will feature much more development and training areas for employee communities: from areas where employees are able to socialize and connect with each other to wellness spaces. At Home agents are empowered by Sitel Group® to open new frontiers for their careers and strengthen social bonds. Sitel Group® operates from a total of 180+ facilities, including offices in Warsaw and recently Gdansk in Poland.

Marynarska Business Park is a modern, award-winning office complex in Warsaw. It boasts a prime location in the immediate vicinity of a Fast Municipal Railway (SKM) station and enjoys easy access to the S79 expressway and International Chopin Airport. Refurbishment works are currently underway in its common areas to improve the working environment for tenants and will include an extension of F&B facilities and green areas around the buildings. The complex is owned by private equity funds managed by Pinebridge Benson Elliot LLP, whose local operational partner is Syrena Real Estate.

“The MAXHub allows Sitel Group® to be fully engaged in the life of its employee communities. While enjoying the benefits of home working, our employees have access to the best of it: atmosphere, bonding and trainings at all times. The hybrid work model, on the other hand, enables them to organize their working days taking account of their private needs – so that the employee experience translates into a customer experience,” says Monika Röhr-Łukasik, Country Director, Sitel Poland.
