According to the latest report “Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland” prepared by Newmark Polska, in 2024 the warehouse and industrial sector maintained stable growth despite challenges related to the pan-European economic slowdown, limited access to capital, and relatively high inflation. The forecasts for 2025 are also optimistic – developers plan to build approximately 2 million sqm of warehouses. Additionally, occupier activity will exceed 5 million sqm, and the vacancy rate will continue to decline.
