Terramar, a specialist provider of transport, forwarding and logistics (TFL) services, has become a new tenant in Panattoni Park Pruszków VI, where it leased 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Terramar, whose main shareholder is Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdynia S.A., has operated in the TFL sector since 1992. It has a 60-strong team of freight forwarding and logistics specialists and customs agents responsible for international transport orders. Terramar also provides customs clearance services – in 2009 it received an AEO Certificate for simplified customs procedures which is valid throughout the European Union.
“Panattoni Park Pruszków VI offers the tenant the right layout: a more shallow building and adequate space relative to the large number of docks. Our client also appreciates its excellent location. The Pruszków project was delivered by Panattoni, the European industrial real estate leader. Warsaw is one of the core markets for the developer in Poland.
