According to the latest report from Newmark Polska, as much as 72% of demand for office space in the first quarter of 2025 was concentrated in Kraków, Wrocław, and Tricity. Regional office markets were characterized by stable tenant interest, with lease renegotiations prevailing. Developer activity was focused in Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław. Forecasts indicate that in 2025 new supply in regional cities will not exceed 70,000 sqm, marking the lowest annual volume of new office space delivered since 2006.
