Tischnera Office welcomes new tenants

drEryk and INNERGY, software developers for the healthcare and IT sectors, will move into Tischnera Office in Krakow. Together, the two companies leased 1,200 sqm of class A office space from Cavatina Holding.

With 1.5 million sqm of office stock, Krakow is the second-largest office market in Poland, after Warsaw. Tischnera Office boasts an elegant glass design, spacious green terraces totalling 1,600 sqm and accessible directly from office units from the third floor upwards, a 1,000 sqm patio, high-standard finishes and energy-efficient technologies. Without a doubt, it is one of the largest and most modern office buildings in Krakow. Benefiting from its convenient location, it enjoys easy access by public transport and by car alike. Employees of drEryk and INNERGY will have their new offices opening up to a large terrace on the third floor.

drEryk develops modern software for the healthcare sector. Over the course of its history spanning 18 years, it has grown into a recognised provider for thousands of users and experts in the medical industry. INNERGY is a Polish subsidiary of a US company providing ERP solutions for timber processing factories.

Previously, in early 2020, Sabre moved into Tischnera Office having leased close to 16,000 sqm.

The office building, developed by Cavatina Holding, is located at the junction of Tischnera and Zakopiańska streets. It has a total of almost 34,000 sqm of leasable space built to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. This is a testimony to its high quality, security and sustainable materials and technologies. Outside of the buildings, there is also a 1,000 sqm patio with interesting and functional landscape elements. This space is ideal for holding open-air meetings and cultural events and is available for use to the local community. In 2019, Tischnera Office was named the Office Building of the Year.

Cavatina Holding, the largest Polish office developer, remains active on the Krakow market. The construction of its Ocean Office Park continues apace and will provide close to 53,000 sqm of GLA upon completion. In February 2021, the developer received an occupancy permit for the first building of this project.
