According to Newmark Polska’s latest report – “Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland” – in the first half of 2025, developer activity in the warehouse and industrial sector was moderate, both in terms of new supply and space currently under construction. At the same time, tenant demand remains relatively strong, with renegotiations accounting for the majority of transactions.
