XBS Logistics has renegotiated its 10,000 sqm lease at logistics park P3 Błonie. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
XBS Logistics is part of the XBS Group, offering an innovative approach to optimizing supply chain management and e-commerce solutions (fulfillment, dropshipping and cross border). P3 Błonie is a logistics park, located 27 km west of Warsaw, near the junction of national road no. 92 and the A2 motorway. It comprises 14 buildings. The owner of the park is P3 Logistic Parks.
