Fair Play, the nationwide operator of kindergartens, will open its branch in the Krakowska 35 office complex developed by ATAL Business Centers in Wrocław. The kindergarten and nursery will be launched in Spring 2021. The facility will have its own green recreational area and will be able to accommodate nearly 100 children. The tenant’s new space will comprise approx. 350 sqm. Fair Play was represented during negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
