Katarzyna Bojanowicz has joined the Industrial & Warehouse Department in the Polish office of global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa, as Business Development Director.
Katarzyna is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and expanding the presence of the company and its client base via close cooperation with global and local tenants occupying industrial and warehouse space in Poland who are planning to expand their footprints, restructure and/or renegotiate existing lease agreements.
“The Polish industrial and warehouse market is deepening, with new locations and projects appearing in core markets but also in cities which have only recently become of interest to occupiers as a result of improved road infrastructure, access to labour and being able to provide suitable development sites for developers to commence new projects. The current expansion provides new opportunities for occupiers not only in regards to the growing choice of options but also in potentially achieving operational efficiencies as a result of greater market coverage,” said Katarzyna Bojanowicz, Business Development Director, Industrial & Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
Katarzyna Bojanowicz gained professional experience as a senior negotiator and Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial and Logistics Agency, supporting such firms as Avery Dennison, Sanico Electronics, InPost, Dedra Exim, Helkra, Lennox and PGC. She is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
