The Delta Trans Group, one of Poland’s largest logistics providers, has renewed its lease for 18,000 sqm of warehouse space in Hillwood Ruda Śląska. The tenant was advised during the renegotiation process by experts of Newmark Polska.
The Delta Trans Group comprises Delta Trans Transporte and Delta Trans Logistik. It is one of the largest providers of logistics services in Poland, with more than 30 years of presence in the market. Initially providing international transport and customs cargo services, it has branched out into warehousing, pallet repairs and production of transport containers and steel structures. The Delta Trans Group currently has seven offices and a fleet of over 300 vehicles.
The Group’s head office is located in the logistics centre in Świętochłowice, where both companies have approximately 120,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The company also has a warehouse in Chorzów.
