VGL Solid Group, the largest Polish logistics operator, has renegotiated and expanded its lease to around 4,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Mapletree Park Będzin. During the process, it drew on the experience of the experts of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
The history of VGL Group began in 2000 with its appointment as an agent of the Japanese shipping company MOL. VGL Group and Solid Logistics later merged to form VGL Solid Group, a leading logistics operator in Poland with a broad range of services, including freight forwarding by sea, air, rail and road. Its other services also comprise customs agency, contract logistics and oversize transport. VGL Solid Group employs more than 750 staff and has annual revenue of USD 400 million.
