Newmark Polska, a commercial real estate advisory firm, has strengthened its Office Tenant Representation team with the appointment of Anna Osiecka as Associate Director. Her key responsibilities will include leading relocation processes and lease renegotiations on behalf of office occupiers.
Anna Osiecka has worked in real estate for 15 years. Prior to joining Newmark Polska, she spent close to 13 years at Colliers International as Associate Director with responsibility for liaising with developers, investment funds and tenants in its real estate auction, investment and office department. She was responsible for office space leasing in such buildings as Royal Wilanów, Hala Koszyki or Plac Unii and Patrizia’s properties. Previously, she worked on residential development projects. Anna graduated in Political Sciences from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
