Zymetric Sp. z o.o., a distributor of Midea HVAC appliances and solutions, has leased 9,700 sqm of modern office and warehouse space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North III. The tenant was represented in the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Founded 15 years ago, Zymetric Sp. z o.o. delivers heating, ventilation and air-conditioning solutions for residential, office, retail and public buildings. As the key representative of Midea in Poland, it distributes its appliances and provides training in their assembly, use and maintenance. To meet client expectations, it has opened 10 regional offices across Poland. Zymetric Sp. z o.o. has already completed over 10,000 projects and issued 5,000+ installation certificates.
“To accommodate its growth, Zymetric Sp. z o.o. was looking for a much larger warehouse and office building. Out of concern for its employees, it was interested in leasing a facility close to its current warehouse. Panattoni Park Warsaw North III is a new industrial project underway near Kobyłka junction of the S8 expressway. It has been BREEAM Excellent certified. The building developed for Zymetric Sp. z o.o. will feature an office heating system incorporating heat pumps and photovoltaics, making it sustainable and energy-efficient. Panattoni Park Warsaw North III also boasts good transport connections and prime office space.
