At the end of June, over 25% of Poland’s warehouse stock, or approximately 9 million square meters, consisted of Build-To-Suit (BTS) spaces, designed and constructed according to individual client needs. Additionally, nearly 450,000 square meters were under construction. Despite the decline in the supply of modern warehouse space in recent years, the demand for tailored warehouses remains high.
