The latest edition of the “Warehouse Map of Poland”, prepared by Newmark Polska, comprehensively presents the locations of warehouse parks as well as the current and planned road infrastructure network.
The map includes modern warehouse investments developed in key locations across Poland. The annual publication, prepared by experts from Newmark Polska, assists tenants in making decisions regarding the optimization of warehouse space and the expansion of supply chains.
“The Polish warehouse market has reached a stage of stabilization, exceeding 35 million sqm of its stock nationwide. Tenant and developer activity is concentrated in six main warehouse markets: Warsaw and its surroundings, Upper Silesia, Central Poland, Lower Silesia, Greater Poland, and Tricity. However, demand for warehouses also extends to smaller cities and new locations that have emerged due to the construction of highways and expressways. The advantage of warehouses in our country is their modernity, meeting current technological and environmental standards. We estimate that over 70% of these buildings are less than 10 years old, and over 46% are no more than five years old,” says Jakub Kurek, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Newmark Polska.
The “Warehouse Map of Poland” is available exclusively in electronic format. Warehouse locations in individual voivodeships are presented on separate maps, which can be downloaded for free at the provided link: https://www.polskamagazyny.pl/baza-wiedzy/poradniki.
