Lower Silesia is attracting global players – a growing wave of investment and record-high new supply of warehouse space is positioning Wrocław as one of the leading candidates for Europe’s next major logistics hub.
With future tenants in mind – including top e-commerce platforms from Asia – developers have launched several large-scale projects in the Wrocław region, many in speculative formats, anticipating strong demand from companies seeking modern industrial and warehouse infrastructure. As a result, over 670,000 sqm of new space has been delivered to the market in 2024 – the second-highest annual supply volume in the region’s history.
