The industrial and warehouse department of the Polish office of global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa has launched “Poland’s Industrial Space Map”. The publication shows the exact locations of the existing and planned warehouse facilities along with the current and future road infrastructure developments across the country.
The map covers 11 key regions in Poland: Warsaw Agglomeration, Central Poland, Upper and Lower Silesia, Cracow, Poznań, Tricity, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Szczecin and Eastern Poland (Białystok, Lublin and Rzeszów). Additionally, it shows some key emerging markets: Zielona Góra, Kielce, Kalisz and Zgorzelec.
The map reflects the current status of the industrial and warehouse space market in Poland and shows the main areas where the development of industrial and production space is being concentrated, along with the details on the macro and micro road and motorways network.
