Cresa, the largest firm of tenant-only real estate advisors in the world, has officially opened its Warsaw office. It has achieved operational readiness within three months since it announced its entry into Poland. Cresa’s office is located in the Warsaw Financial Center in the heart of Warsaw.
Cresa’s expansion in Europe
Poland is a strategic market for many businesses. Cresa partners mainly with tenants to provide them with professional consultancy services on a large number of global markets. Cresa Poland joins the firm’s 60 existing global offices. Over the last three years, Cresa has expanded its global delivery platform to Europe, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Poland is its second location in Central and Eastern Europe, after Hungary.
“I’m impressed by the top-level expertise of our commercial real estate professionals in Poland. I’m confident that Piotr Kaszyński and his strong team of experts will deliver first-rate services to the office, industrial and retail markets. Cresa intends to open more offices in Central and Eastern Europe and we look forward to working with Piotr in our continued expansion,” said Jim Underhill, Cresa CEO.
“Drawing on the experience and expertise of other offices worldwide, we aim to become a leading partner for tenants in all of the commercial real estate sectors in Poland. I think we will achieve this within a year and a half, maximum two years. We are ready to operate today,” said Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner of Cresa Poland.
21st floor of the Warsaw Financial Center
Cresa Poland has opened its first office in Poland on the 21st floor of the Warsaw Financial Center, 53 Emilii Plater Street, providing employees with five conference rooms, chill-out and silent rooms, and a kitchen. The office has a cosy, comforting, homey feel.
“Our office space has been designed in line with the latest trends and following our analysis of workplace solutions. Work is done not only at desks, but also in groups in specially-designed zones nurturing creativity. As with all our projects, we have created a bespoke space in an ergonomic and functional office. We paid a lot of attention to the choice of fit-out to create an inspiring place to work and relax that fosters communication. We used top-quality materials as appearance and durability are equally important,” said Piotr Kaszyński.
The Warsaw office of Cresa Poland was designed by experienced architects within its Project Management/Design Department.
