Marcin Łukoszko has joined the Industrial and Warehouse Department of the Polish office of global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa as a senior advisor on BTS (built-to-suit) and BTO (built-to-own) projects.

Marcin Łukoszko has 7 years’ experience in industrial property market. Previosly he worked at Panattoni, in BTS Group department serving clients such as: Pilkington Automotive, Bombardier Transportation, General Electric, IFA, K-Flex, Skamol. He graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering.
Marcin will be working in Cresa’s Wrocław office.
