Global tenant-only real estate advisor Cresa has announced that Daria Kotarska, who had worked in commercial real estate for nearly 20 years, joined the Retail Department of its Polish office starting from October.
Daria is a Senior Advisor with responsibility for representing and supporting tenants in negotiations with shopping centre and retail park owners, and identifying best store locations in high streets and office buildings for retailers. She has gained a broad experience on the landlord and developer side, which she draws on in tenant representation.
“Poland has saturated retail market. That’s why choosing strategic locations to drive business forward is so important to retailers. While working with landlords, I got to know advantages and disadvantages of most locations across the country. I’m pleased to be able to capitalize on my knowledge in advising tenants,” said Daria Kotarska, Senior Advisor, Retail Department, Cresa Poland.
Daria Kotarska had worked at global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 20 years, negotiating some of the largest leases on the Polish retail market for such clients as Globe Trade Centre, Neinver, ING Real Estate, Atrium European Real Estate, Inter IKEA and Fortis. Daria is a graduate of Warsaw University and Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
