MALFINI, Central Europe’s largest manufacturer of promotional clothing, has recently launched its first foreign distribution center in the Polish town of Rawa Mazowiecka near Warsaw. The 8,000 sqm warehouse can hold up to 6.6 million pieces of textile, significantly strengthening the Czech brand’s service to its largest market.
The strategic location of the Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka logistics center, newly built just 2 km from the S8 motorway, enables fast and efficient distribution of products throughout Poland. The building also has the necessary administrative facilities. Sustainability, which is a fundamental standard for MALFINI, was also an important consideration in the selection process. The building is BREEAM Excellent certified (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), meeting tough energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
“We launched our operations in Poland back in 2004. With annual turnover of PLN 122 million in 2024, which is approximately CZK 711 million, and more than 10,000 registered customers, Poland has become our largest retail market. This has strongly influenced our decision to further improve the quality of existing services in Poland by opening a new logistics center. This step brings us closer to our customers, ensuring faster product delivery, higher quality with more sustainability,” says Jan Chovanec, member of the MALFINI Board of Directors.
The pilot operation of the new MALFINI distribution center is being carried out in cooperation with more than 450 selected Polish partners. The warehouse stocks and ships the most popular products from the brand’s portfolio. Customers also have the option of picking up their orders in person. Thanks to Ostrava logistics center, the company already ships deliveries to Poland within 24 hours upon ordering. However, the launch of the new warehouse brings even greater flexibility and further expansion.
MALFINI´s partner for market analysis, site selection, negotiations, and handover of the premises, was a real estate consulting company Newmark Polska.
“MALFINI has been growing rapidly for years, and its continued expansion into European markets reflects its excellent results,” says Jan Olszewski, Advisor in the Industrial and Warehouse Department at Newmark Polska.
