According to Newmark Polska’s report “Office Occupier – Office Market in Regions”, the third quarter of 2025 saw the main regional cities record a historically low level of new office supply while tenant activity remained stable. The vacancy rate increased slightly, but the availability of large units exceeding 3,000 sqm in central business districts continued to decline.
