Targban, a leading Polish importer and distributor of fruits and vegetables, has extended its lease at Ożarów I Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented in the transaction by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Targban imports and distributes fruits and vegetables, and owns a large banana ripening facility. The company is 100% Polish private equity-owned and began operations in 1990. It cooperates with producers in Europe, Central and South America, South Africa, Turkey, Morocco and the Far East.

Ożarów I Logistics Centre is located in Bronisze, close to the S8 and S2 expressways and 1.5 km from the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). The industrial park is situated 19 km from Warsaw’s city centre. Targban occupies more than 3,250 sqm of warehouse and office space. The scheme is owned by CBRE Global Investors.
