Ten Square Games, a mobile game developer, has leased 1,800 sqm of office space at City Forum, an office complex owned by Archicom S.A. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Ten Square Games is a Polish developer of browser and mobile games, a leading provider of hobby games and of the much acclaimed Fishing Clash and Wild Hunt in addition to nearly 200 other titles for Android and iOS. In 2018, the company made a debut at the Warsaw Stock Exchange to achieve an outstanding performance and make it to the top ten highest-valued Polish game developers.

The new office of Ten Square Games will be located on the third floor of City One, one of City Forum’s two buildings in Wrocław. The office buildings developed by Archicom S.A. are situated right at the junction of Traugutta and Pułaskiego streets, close to Rynek. The building was designed with its own 2,000 plus sq m F&B and chill-out zone and has been awarded a LEED GOLD certificate in recognition of its high quality.
