Agart-Pro, a distributor of confectionery, has renegotiated their lease of a warehouse in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ożarów. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Agart-Pro Sp. z o.o. has been present on the market for more than 15 years, supplying high-quality products to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops. In December 2019, its warehouse in Ożarów expanded to 1,200 sqm.
